My name is Carlo Dapelo, and I was born in Santa Margherita Ligure in 1971. After graduating from the F. Liceti Technical Institute for Surveyors and Commerce in 1991, I attended the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Genoa. It was during this time that I began to take an interest in the real estate market, thanks to the company AR92, where I would later begin my professional career as a partner in 1997. I have always been deeply connected to our local area, particularly the towns of Santa Margherita, Portofino, and Camogli, where I work regularly. Driven by an innate passion for these places, I find this work incredibly rewarding, especially when I share the beauty of our region with national and international clients. I love describing the unique charm of the landscapes around Mount Portofino, with its stunning nature to be admired both along the park's trails and in the waters surrounding the promontory, which are protected by a marine reserve.
